As you can see from Joseph’s body, he started with us with extra “puppy fat“ around his mid-section and was unhappy with his chest and belly. Joe trained with Personal Training One to One 2 to 3 times a week at our Vauxhall gym in London for three and a half months.
During that timeframe we switched the training between high intensity workouts and free weights. The spilt programme worked well for Joe, who after three months lost 4.5% of his body fat and gained 7kgs in muscle mass.
Amazing results, and a great dedication from Joe resulted in a great body transformation.
Cindy is an inspiration to us all. She gained over 30 kg while going through family issues. Then, she found us and started her body transformation journey. Firstly, we looked into her diet and created a simple and enjoyable diet plan for her. Once that was in place, Cindy started training with us at our Battersea Gym and Battersea Park, three times a week. We did 5k runs together and mixed the training with body weight and high intense workouts, with an additional focus on core stability, which was very weak. Hannah is a mum of two and works full time in London. She had a basic fitness level but just could not keep to a structured routine. Due to Hannah’s busy schedule, we wanted to make sure she kept to the new fitness routine. We arranged early morning sessions at 6am, two times a week and one online training session per week. Hannah never missed a session and kept to the new routine. 2 months later she lost 3.4% of her body fat and now she can do 15 full press ups. Tammy is a full-time Doctor based in Kings Hospital in London. She works very long shifts and lives and breathes her job. She asked us to help her find the work/ life balance she was missing and incorporate a good fitness routine into her scarce free time. After receiving her monthly rota, we scheduled her sessions in advance and got to work. We took weekly fat % readings and measurements to keep Tammy motivated. The new structure soon took an effect - Tammy lost 5kg, but most importantly her fat % went down to a staggering 17.3% (from 24 %) in the space of 3 and a half months. Tammy now does her homework we set her each week to make sure she stays on track. What an incredible body transformation from one of our cherished NHS heroes.
Sam is a larger than life character and an amazing guy with a big heart. Sams issue was his diet – he could not stop eating sugar. Therefore, we designed a special diet for him that replaced artificial sugars with natural ones. Sam worked out at our Vauxhall gym and at home to ensure he never missed a session. Our focus was on the use of kettle bells and TRX for a full body workout as well as core stability. We also incorporated yoga into his workout plan to improve his flexibility. The pictures speak for themselves – a life changing transformation! Sam still trains with us twice a week to ensure he maintains what he has worked so hard for.
Katie was an interesting Client - she was an actress looking to get trim and toned for a new role. She needed to get down to 12% body fat from 17.6%. Her fitness level was already pretty good, but she was stuck in the same routine and needed direction. We designed a completely workout routine and diet plan for her. We incorporated a strength and power workouts, which helped her shred the little fat she had and turned it into a lean muscle. Total time for Katies transformation was 2 months and 2 weeks. She is now starring in a very popular kids TV show on Disney channel.

Rosie is a full-time mum and part time accountant; she had gained 2 stone in less than a year due to not working out and being in a bad routine. We planned a 8 week structured workout routine and diet plan for Rosie, the workout took place in her home due to her very tight schedule. We mixed the training up with Fat burning, TRX work and mobility work due to Rosie having a very stiff lower back.After 8 weeks Rosie’s fitness levels and energy levels increased, and she has so far lost 1 and a half stone, we are on track to get her back to where she was before and even fitter.
