Our Body Transformation Packages at Personal Training 1 TO 1 means so much more than a before and after photo. These photos are a great way to see the physical changes, which so many of our clients want to initially achieve, however, there are so many things that happen to our clients throughout their journey with us. Each client has their own story and it has been amazing to experience and see these changes over the years. Here are examples of what transformation really means.

What's included in our transformation packages:
Joe had extra puppy fat which he was unhappy with, he wanted to be in the best shape of his life for his 40 th birthday. After three and a half months of fat burning and shedding we helped Joe loose 4.5 % fat %, and fain muscle mass.
Cindy wanted to loose 30 kg which she had gained over the last 8 months, we tailored a new diet plan and start with low intensity work to help build her fitness foundation and confidence levels. As the foundation was built the sessions got harder and the results were simply second to none.
Sam is a larger than life character and an amazing guy with a big heart. Sams issue was his diet – he could not stop eating sugar. Therefore, we designed a special diet for him that replaced artificial sugars with natural ones. Sam worked out at our Vauxhall gym and at home to ensure he never missed a session. Our focus was on the use of kettle bells and TRX for a full body workout as well as core stability. We also incorporated yoga into his workout plan to improve his flexibility. The pictures speak for themselves – a life changing transformation! Sam still trains with us twice a week to ensure he maintains what he has worked so hard for.
