Our PAYG session gives you a great workout without any long-term commitment.
As of 2019 we are offering fitness boot camps. These are available to anyone regardless of their fitness level: from first timers who are looking to get fit, to regular gym goers who want to mix their training up.
Our boot camps are a mixture of, boxing, core stability, high intense training, strength training and flexibility training.
We also make sure everyone has fun and leaves the boot camp with recharged batteries and full of energy.
We meet outside the Will to Win, South Carriage Drive.
